Yet, the editor from GamesIndustry.biz has shared a different view online, suggesting a longer wait for the Switch 2 than what fans are expecting. He believes the console won’t launch within the current fiscal year, indicating a release date no earlier than April 2025.
This assertion is reportedly based on discussions with developers working on Switch 2 titles, who have been informed by Nintendo not to expect the handheld’s release until after the fiscal year concludes.
Consequently, we can only anticipate that the Switch 2 will be available in stores around April or May 2025.
