Xiaomi’s gaming subsidiary, Black Shark, has unveiled its inaugural smart ring, the Black Shark Ring, capable of monitoring various health metrics and featuring an elegant design.
The smart ring is touted as both elegant and comfortable, featuring an ultra-thin 2.2 mm profile. The published image suggests that the accessory will be available in two color schemes | black with silver, and black with red. It is designed to assist gamers by offering features like stress level tracking during gaming sessions. This is speculative, though, given that Black Shark is known for catering to the gaming community.
The manufacturer asserts that the Black Shark Ring is capable of monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen levels, HRV (heart rate variability), and body temperature. Additionally, the device can operate for up to 180 days on a single charge.
Additionally, it includes a small LED indicator on the body to show the charging status. Further specifications of the device remain undisclosed.
An official release date has not been announced, but Black Shark has assured that the product will be launched in the near future.
