IKEA has developed a 20-piece Brännboll collection “that will help gamers create a comfortable environment and fit into the interior of the home.” The company opted for bright colors to move away from the “typical gaming aesthetic” and somber tones.
The collection features a variety of ergonomic chairs designed for diverse playful postures and settings. For instance, it offers an inflatable chair where the central section can be removed to serve as a pouffe.
The work desk features a foldable tabletop, a compartment for a PC unit, and a designated space for cables that can be neatly tucked away behind cabinet doors.
For storage, there is a cabinet on wheels, a basket that can become a coffee table, and more. The collection also includes accessories such as a mouse pad, a rug and a blanket.
Brännboll furniture will go on sale in all IKEA markets in September 2024.
