Doctors consistently emphasize the importance of getting at least eight hours of sleep each night, yet this guideline is frequently ignored for various reasons. Experts have now cautioned that significant deviations from this sleep regimen can have visible consequences on our faces, as starkly illustrated by recent images.
Simba, a company specializing in sleep technology, conducted an experiment to determine the effects of sleep deprivation on facial appearance. Utilizing artificial intelligence, they analyzed the impact of insufficient sleep on individuals’ faces. The company gathered data from a survey of 2,000 British participants, inquiring about their sleep habits and the condition of their health and skin. The findings revealed that over half of the participants get less than seven hours of sleep per night, with those over 55 being the most affected by lack of sleep.
