3. CYBERPUNK 2077 — 38 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 49 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).
4. Red Dead Redemption 2 — 55 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 62 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).
5. Resident Evil 4 — 46 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 63 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).
6. Horizon Forbidden West — 57 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 73 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).
7. Microsoft Flight Simulator — 49 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 62 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).
8. Avatar Frontiers of Pandora — 41 fps (GeForce RTX 4060), 53 fps (GeForce RTX 2080 Ti).

The GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is faster, but the RTX 4060 is close, although the comparison gap is smaller between 4060 vs 3060, and 2080ti vs 3070.
